LAND COST WITH EXISTING STORAGE FACILITY - $11.35 Sq. Ft. The additional 1.0 acre (approximate) of unimproved land could be utilized for; (i.) expansion of the mini storage facility, (ii.) adding an RV / Vehicle parking center, or (iii.) relocating an existing business to the expansion acreage. Buyer needs to conduct its own analysis of possible uses.
