Overview: Regional Manager position in AZ available with a growing Management Company
Contact CompanyDescription: Optivest Properties, A Growing Management Company is looking for an Experienced Regional Manager. This person would oversee multiple properties in Arizona The position requires an individual that is a strong leader, posseses a strong work ethic, is a self starter, problem solver, have good attention to detail and is very organized. They must have good writing skills. They would work directly with the Site , staff and some Site Owners, overseeing the day-to-day operation including site performance, employment, training, purchasing and maintenance issues. Site auditing and financial accountability of the staff will need to be required. This individual would head up the marketing efforts for the assigned sites and be responsible for the sites financial performance. Must be innovative and performance-driven. Applicant must have prior multi-site supervisory experience in storage and/or commercial leasing/management. They must be literate with computerized financial and word processing software, possess a valid drivers license, have a good driving record and current vehicle insurance.
